After completing a Psychology BSc at The University of Exeter, I went on to complete both a MSc in Forensic Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Surrey. Since qualifying, I have worked for the NHS across a range of settings including inpatient, secondary care and specialist mental health services with adults experiencing a variety of difficulties. As part of my ongoing role in the NHS, I continue to deliver individual, family and group based psychological interventions, supervision to fellow practitoners, training and consultation to the wider multidisciplinary team.
I keep my professional knowledge up-to-date by undertaking ongoing training as part of my continued professional development. As such, together with my experience I am able to offer high quality psychological therapy which helps individuals move on from the problems they are facing.
I am a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
